MISSION
To advocate for the seamless, timely and equitable delivery of safe, efficient, and effective, person-centered, evidence-informed skin and wound care to the people of the Home and Community Care Support Services South West, regardless of the healthcare setting.
Both the vision and the mission guide the planning and choices of the Program’s Strategic Steering Committee and Learning Collaborative members as they carry out their duties.
