Description of Services:	Provide service for individuals with chronic illness or long term functional disability and who require a range of therapeutic and medical care * nursing care, social and recreational activities, spiritual support and counselling for those with MS, ALS and other conditions requiring complex continuing care   Complex Continuing Care Service 26-bed rehabilitation program for people with complex or progressive illnesses and disabilities, such as Multiple Sclerosis, Lou Gehrig's disease, paraplegia, or dementia
